Joe Wired offers great support and maintenance to
our clients. You can use us on an ongoing basis
to help maintain and support all aspects of your
site, you only need to send along materials to be
added to your site.
We will support you every step of the way, for
example, if there is a problem with your site, our
search engine experts will let you know, and if
you want to fix it yourself, we will tell you how
to fix it.
We do not have an automated computer support messaging
system - we do not believe in wasting your time pushing
endless telephone buttons. We answer the phones, unless
we're away from our desks, and we return calls promptly -
we pride ourselves in providing timely and accurate
responses to support issues. We believe that if we treat
our customers with respect and provide a valuable service,
then our customers will remain long term clients, and
perhaps refer friends to us (and yes,
we pay referral fees!).
We have 24x7 support - that is 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week (we do have limited support on national holidays).
